Weekend Retreat with Brixton Buddhist Community

A retreat is a unique opportunity to directly experience the aliveness of mind and heart that arises when we are truly aware and in connection with others.

Our state of mind filters everything, we simply cannot make the most of our lives if we are constantly distracted by trivialities, rehearsing arguments and planning. Find out for yourself the difference a weekend of Buddhist practice makes in how you experience yourself, others, and the world.

Over three days living as a community at the beautiful Vajrasana retreat centre in Suffolk, we will explore how our mind and awareness can transform the sense of meaning, satisfaction and joy in our lives.

There will be meditation, talks, discussion and Buddhist ritual, as well as plenty of time to hang out, make friends, relax or go for a walk in the beautiful Suffolk countryside.
Whether you're a regular or a newcomer to meditation all levels are welcome.
