Ehlers-Danlos and Chronic Illness Talking Group

A space to meet other people going through similar experiences, whether you have a diagnosis or are just beginning your journey. For anyone dealing with:

-hEDS
-POTS
-Long Covid
-ME/CFS
-MCAS
-Fibromyalgia
-Chronic pain and fatigue

While we are not doctors or social workers, this will be a safe space to share resources and practical solutions, and where you can feel heard.

You are encouraged to bring a notebook or a project with you to work on as we hangout! Puzzles will be provided, as well as journaling materials so we can talk about journaling as a creative outlet and a way to track symptoms and progress!
