As the leaves turn, Fall welcomes us into a new season of possibility and wonder! You are invited to Knowing Who You Are – Unmask Yourself, a five-session Happy & Whole collaboration at the North Granville Senior Center, offered by Om Purpose, LLC. Together we’ll slow down, reflect, and celebrate our innate design and purpose through mindfulness, storytelling, imagination, movement, and balance. Each week you’ll gently “unmask” new layers of self — your voice, choice, grace, power, and Being — while discovering the strength of belonging in community.

Sessions run Mondays from October 6th through November 3rd, 1:30–3PM, plan to attend all sessions where possible.
