In early 2000, Marianne Altmaier (former leader of Therapeutic Arts for the Medical Section of the Anthroposophical Society) realised that colours arising from metals in the glassmaking process could become a new form of therapy.
Metal Colour Light therapy arises when one experiences the healing qualities of the metals when sunlight passes through a panel of coloured, engraved glass.
This therapy has since developed and is now practiced in clinics, hospitals, private practice and curative institutions around the world.
