Want to start a fun healthy habit that will boost your mood in the new year?

Join us for SwingTrain! A fun dance cardio class inspired by the joy of swing dancing.
Book online via the link or pay £7 cash on the door.
No dance experience is needed, all newbies welcome. During the class you will learn easy to follow dance moves including the Charleton! To a fab playlist of swing, electro swing, blues and hot jazz tracks!

Classes are Mondays 7 – 8pm at St Thomas’ Church Hall, Market Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1AG. Free parking at Tesco.
