First of all, in order to build something during our lifetimes we need to release and let go of all that no longer serves us so we can move on in our lives, by forgiving others and of course most importantly forgiving ourselves.

Just bring your lovely self and be open to creating a better life for yourself. We will do a cord cutting meditation at the end and weather permitting the fire pit will be lit for the evening. The garden at the retreat will be lit up with lights and we can burn our forgiveness list in the dancing flames of the fire, allowing all of our worries to go up into the ethers.
