The beautiful sounds will help reduce stress and anxiety and help you immerse into your own space creating a sense of calmness and tranquility which is really good for your health and well-being. You will need to bring along your yoga mat, blanket, water and a pillow
(if needed).
Just lie down in a quiet space where you feel comfortable and safe and embrace the ambient sounds. The Sound Journey is not suitable for anyone who suffers from epilepsy/seizures, pregnancy or anyone with a pace maker. Can you arrive at 5:45 pm to start at 6:00pm.
