Cooking With Venison

Do you enjoy hunting deer, but don’t know what to do with the venison besides grilling it or turning it into landjager? Local hunter Mack Naber will share techniques such as searing, blanching, velveting, and marinating to use venison in a variety of recipes, based on his own experience cooking for his family.
