Breaking it Down with Katrina: Forward Folds!

Let's slow things down and get curious! Each month we’ll explore one family of poses (backbends, balances, twists, and so on) and break down the alignment principles that bring clarity to the poses and encourage confidence in your practice. Expect time to experiment, listen deeply to your body, and breathe in a friendly, low-pressure environment with options for all.
