A group for moms and those supporting moms who are experiencing postpartum depression or other mood disorders.
This support group meets every Thursday from January 8 - March 26 (No group on February 5th). You may register at anytime as long as space allows.
Limited childcare is available for ages 0 - 5.
In partnership with Alberta Health Services.
