About the event

Annual Merrill Lecture: "James Merrill and the Color Blue" Ange Mlinko
Ange Mlinko is the author of Foxglovewise, her seventh book of poetry, and a book of lyric criticism, Difficult Ornaments: Florida and the Poets. She has won the Randall Jarrell Award in Criticism, the Frederick Bock Prize, and a Guggenheim Fellowship. She is a frequent contributor to the New York Review of Books and the London Review of Books, and teaches poetry at the University of Florida, where she directs the MFA Program.
