Soundbath on the Screen Porch

Soundbath indoors, but still by the lake – we'll gather on the screened-in porch at the Beach House.

Doors open at 7:00pm & music begins by 7:15.

We'll have some brief guided stretching and breathwork, followed by music.

Please bring what you need to be comfortable: mat, blanket, eye pillow, water, etc.
Folding chairs are available if needed.

No previous experience needed; all are welcome. Please be phone-free during the soundbath.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
