Rekindling Your Heart Flame is a heart-centered retreat for those feeling burned out, overextended, or simply in need of space to reconnect with themselves. Through guided meditation, soulful teaching, gentle yoga, ceremony, and sound, we’ll tend to the body, spirit, and heart together.
