Introduction to Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting Training

This training session will explore ways to get the most from your financial information.

We will cover budgeting, cashflow forecasts, and the benefits of maintaining up-to-date financial information for your organisation.

This is an introductory session aimed at smaller charities and social enterprises, without specialist finance staff, who are looking to develop their financial management and reporting.

The training will be delivered by members of VAST’s Community Accounts Team.

VAST has a wealth of knowledge and a century of experience so you can rest assured that you’re getting the training you deserve.

This training is free for VAST members.
