Join Philip for Chair Yoga & Exercise at Grindon Parish Hall, Thorpe Thewles on Friday afternoons, 1.30-2.30pm. Have fun & meet new people while improving your balance, fitness, strength & mobility!

Philip's unique style of teaching really resonates with our students. He really sees the value in Chair Yoga and Exercise - helping older adults and those with long term health conditions to be active, fitter, healthier and enjoying later life.
