There's a special event in the centre of Bramhall village on 13 September, celebrating wellness in all its many forms, and all in one place. Explore how to keep your family happy and well, try out yoga, barre or exercise classes, experience free taster beauty treatments and products, discover self care books, enjoy food for the soul and the belly and be guided by local providers of cycling, pet care, foot care and much much more.
The day will include free exercise sessions in the brand new FORME in the Village Square from 8.30am. Simply Books on Moss Lane will set up a bibliotherapy book stall inside the shop 10.30am-4.30pm and local beauty experts Amaranth will offer wellness treatments and health advice, as well as money off health testing and massages. Plus there's plenty more planned.
Worker Bee Markets will also set up on the day from 10am-3pm, with hand-picked makers of aromatherapy candles, sensory toys, book gifts and crystal jewellery, as well as many new and regular traders. Feed your belly with locally made ice cream, fudge, puddings and bakery as well as locally roasted coffee and locally distilled gin. Discover a new hobby with knitting and crochet inspiration.
Plus, Bramhall & Woodford Rotary will be holding their prize-giving for the annual Bramhall Scarecrow Festival so there'll be lots to see and do.
