Hur rör sig skuggorna i de 5 Rytmerna? I denna workshop utforskar skuggkartan i de 5Rytmerna på ett lekfullt och inkluderande sätt.
I Flöde möter vi tröghet och rör oss igenom motstånd till en mer flytande rörelse.
I Staccato transformerar vi spändhet till klarhet.
I Kaos rör vi oss igenom förvirring och överväldigan genom att släppa taget och vara grundade i ovisshet.
I den Lyriska rytmen går vi från ett ogrundat ytligt tillstånd till en själfull och sammankopplad tillvaro.
I Stillhet möter vi avstängdhet och rör oss med andetaget till förkroppsligad närvaro.

How do the shadows of 5Rhythms move? In this workshop we explore the shadow map of the 5Rhythms in a playful and inclusive way.
In Flowing we meet inertia and move through resistance into a fluid movement.
In Staccato we transform tension into clarity.
In Chaos we move through confusion and overwhelm by letting go and being grounded in uncertainty,
In Lyrical we move from spaced out and disconnected to a soulful and connected existence.
In Stillness we meet numbness and move with the breath into embodied presence.

No previous experience required.

About Susanne: Susanne have danced the 5Rhythms for over 20 years, she did the training 2018 with Jonathan Horan, son to Gabrielle Roth, the founder of the method. Susanne is a member of 5RTA and these workshop hours count on your journey to become a 5Rhythms teacher.
