Primal Play Journey - For Friends & Couples

Are you curious to explore a deeper layer of connection with someone special in your life?

Whether it’s a friend, partner, sibling or anyone with whom you share a meaningful bond, this Primal Play workshop is designed to take you on an intimate journey where connection meets curiosity, all through the power of embodied play.

In this unique experience we use Primal Play as a tool—a form of non-verbal, body-centered exploration inspired by the way animals naturally communicate, connect and set boundaries without words. Primal Play invites you to tune into the richness of touch, movement and sound, opening up possibilities to embody, express and discover facets of yourself and your relationship that may otherwise remain hidden.

During this session you and 'your person' will step into a series of guided interactions designed to bring out both the playful and profound. Expect to explore in ways that may feel tender, powerful or even challenging as you hold space for each other to show up fully. You’ll witness each other share reflections and invite one another to embody different aspects of yourselves. Through rounds of Primal Play, sharing and witnessing you’ll create space for appreciation and explore new layers of intimacy grounded in presence.

This is a clothes-on event where sensuality is welcomed. Join us to step beyond words and experience the depth of connection that happens when you’re fully present with another.
