Welcome to a cozy and creative evening where soft wool, sharp needles, and your imagination meet. In this needle felting workshop, you’ll learn the basic techniques of sculpting with wool – transforming loose fibers into form and texture with each careful stab of the needle.
Guided by Ran Duan, you’ll explore the foundations of needle felting step by step. This workshop is perfect for beginners or anyone curious to try a mindful and tactile craft that invites both focus and play.
During the workshop you will:
Learn the fundamentals of needle felting and how to handle the tools safely
Try out different types of wool and colors
Create your own small felted piece – a charming little mushroom!
If time allows, continue with your own design and experiment further
All materials are provided, including:

About Ran Duan
Ran Duan is an artist and designer based in Stockholm with a background in textile and visual arts. Her work moves between illustration, embroidery, and printmaking, often exploring textures, lines, and the quiet beauty of everyday life.
Ran’s teaching style is calm, encouraging, and personal – helping each participant find their own rhythm and creative voice through stitches and colour.
