LET GO - LET IN - LET OUT

Step into a space where your body leads the way and movement becomes a language of its own. Through free dance and playful embodied practices, we explore the shifting terrain between stillness and flow, inner focus and connection with others, allowing intuition, creativity, and spontaneous expression to emerge. This workshop invites both individual reflection and shared experience, opening space for new forms of movement, discovery, and expression.

This workshop is held by Isa Khalwati & Emiilie Keijser

Isa holds a degree in psychology from the University of Stockholm, an education in psychotherapy from SAPU and has dedicated the last twenty years to train as a therapist. She has assisted personal growth groups extensively and is trained in Trauma therapy. She is co-creator of Urban OM and recieves clients in Stockholm. She has also been part of creating and running Baravara. Isa is passionate about supporting people to step out of the personality and finding the courage to be real.

Emiilie is a textile artist, dancer, and preschool teacher with a passion for uniting art and pedagogy. Her artistic path has been shaped through studies at HV School, Center for Advanced Textile Art and Design in Stockholm, as a preschool teacher at the University of Gävle, and as a certified Ateljerista at the Reggio Emilia Institute in Stockholm. She is also currently pursuing studies in Expressive Arts Therapy, further expanding her tools to connect creativity with human growth and well-being.
