Flow & Glow PoV (Power of Voice) is Sweden’s only dance workout with silent disco headphones, a whole new kind of training experience. You wear wireless headphones and follow uplifting, track-by-track choreography, guided by one of our Glowers (certified instructors) directly in your ears, with music that lifts you up and makes your whole body smile. It’s joy, energy and connection in a way you’ve never experienced before.
Each session is about 30 minutes. If it rains, the session will be cancelled.
It’s free to join and no pre-registration is needed.

Flow & Glow PoV (Power of Voice) är Sveriges enda danspass med silent disco-hörlurar vilket är en helt ny typ av träningsupplevelse. Du bär hörlurar och följer peppande koreografi låt för låt, guidad av en av våra Glower (certifierad instruktör) direkt i lurarna, med musik som lyfter och får hela kroppen att le. Det är glädje, energi och gemenskap på ett sätt du aldrig har testat förut.
Varje pass är cirka 30 minuter. Om det regnar ställs passet in.
Det är gratis att medverka och kräver ingen föranmälan.
