Wednesday Night Yoga

Come join us to stretch, strengthen, and find peace with some help from yoga!

Beginner friendly, lots of modifications and explanations offered so you can tailor the class to you and your body!

Class is by donation ($5-10 suggested) so you can make it a part of your weekly routine easier. Some give a little more, some a little less, and week to week it can change too. Don't let the cost stop you from coming.
