Good Morning,
This is a reminder that our Annual Meeting will be held on January 18, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the clubhouse.
We will be reviewing the 2025 year-end budget, discussing plans and projects for 2026, and holding elections for seven (7) open board positions. Two current board members will remain to complete their existing terms.
Voting Eligibility:
You must be in good standing on your dues to vote. Each Owner (other than the Declarant) is entitled to one (1) vote.
If an Owner consists of more than one person and only one attends the meeting, that person may cast the vote.
If multiple co-owners are present, the vote must be cast by unanimous agreement.
If unanimous agreement cannot be reached, no vote may be cast for that property.
These rules are outlined in the bylaws on our website if you have any questions about eligibility.
2026 Dues:
Dues statements will be mailed out in the next few weeks and will include instructions on how to submit payment.
