Join Art Therapist Lia Parsons for this nourishing afternoon of collaging using images, words and art materials to create a visual representation of a goal, a desire, or personal aspiration. Creating a vision board or art image can act as a regular reminder of your chosen life intentions, and a wonderful opportunity for self connection.
