Release and Rise Retreat

This residential retreat is designed for those ready to let go of past pain, unresolved experiences and patterns that no longer serve them.

Held in a small, supportive group of up to 10 guests, the retreat offers gentle therapeutic work alongside time for rest, reflection and integration. Everything is approached at your own pace, and tailored to the needs of the group. No copy and paste advice.

The retreat runs from Sunday 10th to Friday 15th May at Powis House Estate, just outside Stirling. It is fully residential and full board, with single and shared occupancy options available.

Early bird places can be secured with a £199 deposit.
