Recharge and Reflect Saturday 24th of January 2026 10.00-13.30
Join Lou and I for our first of 4 Seasonal Workshops for 2026.
This 3.5 hour workshop will begin with a slow, considered body-weight and TRX strength session — led and designed by Lou to build energy, awaken the muscles, and create grounded strength without rushing the body. This mindful approach helps generate warmth from within while supporting stability, resilience, and ease.
We’ll then move into a gently uplifting Winter Seasonal Yoga Flow — to guide you through a nourishing blend of movement and breath that incorporates flowing forward and back bends to release tension, invite openness, and leave the body feeling warm, nourished, and deeply stretched as we ease through the quieter rhythm of winter.
Following movement, we’ll shift into a guided mindfulness and reflection practice — an opportunity to pause, be still, and reconnect with who we are today. With the gentle flowing river to guide us, we’ll explore what we’re ready to cast aside, what we wish to invite in, and set soft intentions for the path ahead. You’ll leave feeling centred, aligned, and supported in your next steps this year.
To complete the experience, we’ll share moments to eat nourishing food, share a cuppa, and surround ourselves with the comfort of our community, creating space to connect, replenish, and recharge together. 🙏🏻✨
