About Denise - Hi, I'm Denise of Sprout Food Health. I have a diploma in Nutritional therapy and previously worked one to one with clients to support their health through nutritional and lifestyle changes.
Having personally experienced the positive health benefits of making nutritional and lifestyle changes, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge through fun, practical, hands on workshops.
What to Expect:
This is a hands on workshop. You will take home a jar of delicious Kraut, made by you, to share with friends and family. There are two recipes to choose from, select your flavour at the time of booking.
🍎 Apple and Spice
🍊 Orange and Ginger
Kraut taster samples- you'll get the chance to try three delicious Krauts during the workshop.
What to Bring:
🔪 A large kitchen knife
🥣 Large bowl (bigger the better!)
🫙 1 litre jar (Kilner clip top style)
A grater, if possible.
Comfortable footwear as you'll be standing throughout the workshop.
We may come together on the yoga mats at beginning and end so please wear loose comfortable clothing.
