Flow & Restore (Charity class)

This month's 2 hour Flow & Restore class at The Yoga Tree Stirling will be on Saturday 28th at the usual time of 9:00- 11:00 & it's going to be a charity Donation based class with all proceeds going to Boston terrier rescue UK. As you all know I'm a very proud crazy dog lady & my last charity class proceeds went to PADS dog rescue where my Gorgeous Chow Chow Betty came from ❤️ So this class will benefit the charity I have my passenger princess forever foster Echo (AKA.
