As we welcome the Holidays let's pause for a night of healing sound. A beautiful sound bath accompanied by the angelic harp. With intention setting, progressive relaxation, and a chance for a nervous system reset. Join us for a night of soothing sounds, melodic chords, and relaxing moments of the soul.

Light refreshments to follow giving a chance to chat and connect.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. (We do have extras).
