This session offers practical tools and gentle strategies to help caregivers reduce stress, stay present, and nurture their own well-being while supporting others. Through simple mindfulness practices and self-care approaches, you’ll learn how to “refill your cup” so you can show up with more energy, patience, and resilience — for yourself and for the people you care about.
