Learn fundamental hand-building techniques, including pinching, coiling, and slab construction, to craft your fall-themed gnome.
Use pinching to shape the gnome’s body and head, ensuring it has the right form and proportions.
Apply the coiling method to create detailed elements such as pointy hats, arms, or other decorative features.
Explore slab construction to build additional details and any accessories for your gnome.
Follow step-by-step guidance from an experienced instructor to assemble and refine your gnome, adding creative touches to give it a unique personality.
No prior pottery experience? No problem!
This class is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned artists. Each technique will be explained in detail to ensure you can easily follow along.
Come with your imagination and leave with a one-of-a-kind Halloween gnome! All materials, tools, and guidance are provided—just bring your love for Fall and a desire to learn new pottery techniques while creating something magical!
Your pottery creation will take approximately two weeks for firing. Once it’s ready, you’ll have the opportunity to come back and add color to your gnome with our special pottery paints. It’s the perfect way to finish your Fall masterpiece!
