Exercise Class

IT’S FREE! Join us Thursday, February 12 for an evening class devoted to strength, balance and mobility training.

The FREE Strong and Courageous class meets Mondays at noon and select Thursday evenings at Stigler Church of Christ Annex in the corner of SE A and SE 5th Street. We work on building muscle mass for independence, strength, stability and agility for all of life’s purposes and challenges.

I have worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 14 years helping people regain mobility. This class focuses on health education from research, strengthening muscles to maintain independence and increase quality of life.
