🔮 Create your own crystal grid on a hand-engraved birchwood mandala, using a curated selection of high-vibrational crystals—including clear quartz, selenite, and other mineral allies I will provide for our sacred work
🧘 Learn how to activate your grid through breath, meditation, and intention, inspired by years of personal practice and the teachings of Indigenous wisdom keepers, yogic philosophy, and Earth-based ritual
🌬️ Surrender into a deeply restorative Sound Bath Nidra, where you’ll be immersed in the frequencies of my 99.99% quartz crystal singing bowls, amplified by an array of other healing instruments
