With 30+ years in the health and wellness field, Shaun has helped thousands of individuals move better, feel stronger, and live with greater vitality. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and a Professional Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware, along with numerous fitness and nutrition certifications. She is also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and currently teaches within both 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs.
