Class Description:

Cold & flu season is coming. Learn a clear herbal plan for prevention, early care, and recovery that fits real life. You will leave with an elderberry syrup kit to make a pint at home. Just add honey.

What We'll Cover:

- Prevention, gentle tonics: astragalus, reishi, tulsi, nettle, plus easy food wins like garlic, onions, mushrooms, fermented foods.
- Early sickness, first 48 hours: how to use elderberry, echinacea, ginger, yarrow the smart way.
- Longer term support: what to rotate, what not to live on, how to avoid overdoing it.
- Sinus care by texture: dry, drippy, stuck, painful. Steams, rinses, targeted herbs.
- Upper respiratory support: dry cough vs wet cough, warming vs cooling helpers.
- Sore throat comfort: demulcents, gargles, sprays, when to escalate care.
- Body aches and pains: ginger, turmeric, salicylate herbs, safe topicals.
- Fever energetics: dry vs damp, comfort measures, clear red flags.
