✨ What Reiki Is — understanding universal life force energy and how it flows through us.
👐 Self-Reiki & Supporting Loved Ones — learning how to use Reiki to support your own well-being and offer calming, grounded energy to friends and family.
🌸 Spiritual Practices — woven throughout the day to help anchor you deeply into your body, your intuition, and your connection with Reiki.
Reiki is universal life force energy — it holds no religious affiliation, no dogma, and no required belief system. It meets you exactly where you are. Anyone, from any background, at any stage of life’s journey, can be attuned and practice.
