Celebrate the autumn equinox at Yoga in Schmeeckle on Monday, September 22!

Slow Flow Yoga is from 5:00-5:45 PM. Bring your own mat and set it up sideways along a tier in the Pankowski Friends Amphitheater. Center your mind and discover vibes of renewal in this peaceful setting.

Class is donation-based. $5-10 recommended/pay what you can. Drop cash in the can.

Park in the Schmeeckle Reserve Visitor Center lot. The Amphitheater is a short walk behind the Menzel Pavilion.
