Join the Stevens Point Judo Club in partnership with Children’s Discovery Center for a FREE 90-minute Self-Defense Clinic on Tuesday, January 27 from 6:00–7:30 PM.

Participants ages 12+ will learn the following with guidance from experienced instructors Betsy Gauthier-Koth and Nicole Weidner:
• Safe falling techniques
• Escapes from wrist grabs, bear hugs & chokes
• Basic defense concepts
• Fundamental Judo throw
• Ground escape techniques
