Olson for Exec Campaign Launch Event

Please join me for a community gathering to discuss the future of Portage County. We'll meet in the Gilfrey Center parking lot, with a view of the Portage County Health Care Center. For decades, our county has provided a nursing home and rehabilitation center. The incumbent Executive does not understand effective local government and has worked to sell or close the center since 2022. I disagree and believe that new leadership by someone who knows and understands how government works can plan instead to keep the Health Care Center open and run by the county. The inability of the Executive to understand the Center is just one example of how he is out of sync with the people of Portage County. Let's work together to have a positive impact on the public good!
