August Meeting - The Beauty and Basics of Rain Gardens

Wild Ones Central Wisconsin will be holding our next meeting at the Lincoln Center (1519 Water St, Stevens Point), on August 27th at 6pm. We will be learning about rain gardens from Paul Skawinski. Paul is a member of the Extension Lakes team in the UWSP College of Natural Resources and the author and photographer of the field guide Aquatic Plants of the Upper Midwest. He is also a former president of the Wild Ones Central Wisconsin chapter. Come to the meeting to learn about the beauty of rain gardens and their benefits related to water quality and habitat creation! There will be time for discussion and questions.
