Hi everyone, I am Kevin
I’m excited to share that I’ll be starting fortnightly Candlelit Yin & Restorative Yoga classes at Pin Green Community Centre, Stevenage, beginning this Thursday, 9th October!
💫 Your first class is completely FREE!
These sessions are all about slowing down, relaxing, and giving your body and mind the time to rest and restore.
We’ll move gently through soothing poses designed to:
🌙 Release tension and tightness
🌿 Calm the mind and nervous system
💤 Improve flexibility and sleep
💗 Bring you back to balance and ease
✨ What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket — anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re completely new to yoga or simply looking for a peaceful way to unwind midweek.
Classes will run fortnightly, alternating with Hayley’s Hatha-inspired yoga classes on the other weeks — so you’ll always have a lovely class to look forward to.
