Nick can’t be the only one thinking about golf with this nice weather we are having.

Join Nick for his golf academy to get your game locked in before the season starts!

This is a great way to work on your golf fitness. Don’t let mobility and strength deficits hold back your game.

Golf academy will consist of a golf specific assessment, 4 weeks of group training (2 sessions per week and a discharge assessment. You’ll also be given a home exercise program that you can work on in your own time.
