Create your own beautiful flower crown similar to the one in the photo and then pose with your creation in our flower fields. All materials needed to make the floral crown provided. Tickets available from 8am September 8, 2025 through 11:59 PM September 19, 2025.
Instructor Zoe Madden owns Sterling Flower Farm LLC and has been creating wedding flower arrangements for over five years. She will guide you as you use seasonal fresh flowers from Sterling Flower Farm to craft your own customized flower crown. Learn a technique to effortlessly create a beautiful floral crown without having to wire and tape each bloom into position. All materials needed to create a flower crown will be provided in the class. This class is for adults and youth age 14 and up. No prior floristry experience required. Everyone from beginners to experts are welcome. The class size will be kept small at 10 students in order to provide individual attention to each participant. Seasonal flowers may vary slightly from those pictured in the photoshoot. We expect to have zinnias, dahlias, strawflowers, calendula, cosmos and eucalyptus, all grown here at the flower farm. You may choose to bring a snack or light dinner to eat picnic style at the flower farm at the end of the class if desired. We are working hard to cultivate an inspirational, joyful, informative and special experience.
Schedule:
4:30 pm to 4:45 pm arrive, park, and get settled into your work space
4:45 pm to 5:15 pm watch a flower crown making demonstration
5:15 pm to 6:00 pm create your flower crown with help/feedback from the instructor
6:00 pm to 6:30 pm time to snack, socialize, wander the flower fields, and photograph each other wearing your flower crowns at golden hour
