Sound Bath Meditation at the Library with Lisa Harthun

Join us at the Sterling Heights Public Library for a FREE community Sound Bath Yoga Nidra Meditation with Lisa Harthun of Healing Balance Holistic Wellness Therapy.

Event Description: An invitation to still your body and mind, to rest, recharge, and create deeper moments of peace through soothing with sound frequencies, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation. Sound Bath features various gong, singing bowls, bell, tingsha, drum, and spoken mantras. No previous experience is necessary, and all are welcome. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket, and a covered water bottle.

What To Bring With You:
*Yoga Mat
*Blanket, pillows, and any item needed for your comfort during the event as attendees will be laying on the floor. Chair seating provided.
