Homeschool Co-op Vision and Expectations
Opening & Foundation
Our first meeting opened in prayer, followed by a reading of Romans 1:16–17, and the hymn “My Faith Has a Resting Place.”
Why Are We Here?
The heart of this co-op is discipleship. Our ultimate goal is not merely academic excellence but to equip families to mentor their children in faith and education. If our children leave our care without knowing how to follow Christ or live as His disciples, then we have missed the mark. If families move away and do not know how to disciple and lead their families in biblical education – we have failed our mission.
Primary Mission: Family Discipleship.
We are here to grow in Christ, to fulfill the Great Commission, and to support one another in the journey of home education rooted in biblical truth.

Testimonies from Parents
A Mother’s Story:
She encountered homeschool families early on and admired how their children reflected Christ. Coming from a broken background, she and her husband wanted something different for their own children—something rooted in faith and family unity.
Another Mother:
While her experience with teachers was positive, she grew concerned about her children’s peer influences, particularly on the school bus. She’s seeking meaningful friendships for her children and a community that is active, affordable, and spiritually aligned.
A Father’s Perspective:
He described being called into a season of worship at home, inspired by the early church model in Acts. New to homeschooling, he seeks support and academic guidance, while offering his own gifts to others. His goal is to anchor his children in their identity in Christ.
He emphasized the power of testimony (Revelation 12:11), and how we grow deeper when we learn together—not just through study, but through shared life and skills (1 Corinthians 12).
Another Father Added:
After seeing his children regress in both public and private schools, he committed to more intentional, faith-filled parenting through homeschooling. His encouragement:
“If this is your first year, hang in there. The fruit will come. Don’t grow weary in doing good.” Also, “Why send our children to Caesar and wonder why they return as Romans?”
