Dining with Diabetes

Join Routt County CSU Extension for Dining with Diabetes, a four-week series with cooking demos and lessons on lifestyle management for diabetes and prediabetes. This series will cover:

- Diabetes and prediabetes basics
- Carbohydrate counting
- Fat, sodium & fiber
- Meal planning
- and more!

This class is recommended for those with diabetes or prediabetes, as well as those who care for them, including family members, friends, and caregivers.

Preregistration is required. The series is $50 (scholarships and family discounts available).
