My name is Diego and I would love to share everything I learned after more than half of my life observing food.
I lived in 4 different countries and always loved to travel. I explored other cultures mostly from the eyes of a chef and this has helped me to get quickly and deeply involved with a lot of people from all around.
I have learned to be efficient and organized by working in good restaurants, hotels or catering companies.
In every place I learned interesting techniques, planning skills, business plans, strategies and team work philosophies such as different ways of seeing life, food, religion or traditions.
I took what I thought was the best from everywhere, everything and everyone in order to combine them later and, in this aspect of my life, execute them on the daily cooking routines at home for my family and me.
This beautiful combination carries me as well into the relation that I have with food.
I will be very happy to share this with you.
Without shortcuts but focusing only on what is important for us to cook healthy, tasty, sweet and salty; cold or warm foods.

Let me help you realize that it is very possible to prepare a proper meal for yourself and your family in less than 30 minutes on a daily basis…it's the same that takes a food delivery service to arrive in front of our house. The same amount of time that the oven needed to warm itself up and bake a grandiosa.

(4/11/2025) FIRST THINGS FIRST. THE SET UP OF OUR COOKING ROCKET AND OUR CHEF MINDS.
On this very 1st day I would like to introduce myself. Explain from my experience what's the best direction to take in order to love cooking on a daily basis at home. To talk about how good it is for ourselves. We will work for some minutes too on filling up some samples and understand the importance of only 10 minutes per week invested on creating a good plan and having full control of our kitchen.
Later we are going to cook snacks, tapas and sweets that you can later enjoy at home and we will have fun.

Visualize the positive effect of thinking as a chef and have fun with it. Let's process essential ingredients into pre-elaborations. By learning skills tips to keep our “mise en place” organized and in good condition in order to afterwards together create full meals and beverages from it in less than 30 minutes. Ask as many questions as you need and feel free to be curious. please.

(18/11/25) BLIND COOKING CLASS.
HOW TO INTERPRETATE AND CREATE NEW RECIPES.
This evening we are going to have a lot of fun. Everyone of us will bring our 3 favorite plant based ingredients. We will have a short introduction before doing some magic in a group.
All of our ingredients will be collected in the middle of the kitchen table and together we will get organized, discuss the following steps and strategically create a beautiful menu for dinner. Just like in a professional kitchen.
