Vi inviterer til stor fest-helg i Stavanger Tangoverksted i januar 2026.
Det blir konsert og milonga med det fantastiske tango orkesteret Re! Tango fra Polen, og det blir et veldig gledelig gjensyn med de nydelige instruktørene Murat Erdemsel og Silvina Tse.
Program:
Fredag: Konsert på Spor 5 med orkesteret Re!Tango, etterfulgt av milonga
Lørdag og søndag: Workshops med Murat og Silvina på Kannik skole
Lørdag kveld: Festmilonga med live musikk av Re!Tango og oppvisning på Spor 5 kl. 20:00-01:00

Workshop program (på Kannik skole):
Lørdag:
12:00-13:30 WS 1: Take full control of your creative dancing. We play with the systems of the walk which guides us to break our bad habits.
13:45-15:15 WS 2: Mutual partnership in the music.
Murat and Silvina teach how to share the music as equally as possible. We work on instrumentation aspect of musicality. It’s playful yet challenging.
15:45-17:15 WS 3: Flowing in vals in most musical ways possible.
Murat and Silvina works on overall structure of tango vals and explore the reasons why we glide when dancing vals.
Søndag:
12:30-14:30 WS 4: Less is more.
Dance as you breathe. One of the most effortless ways of dancing.
14:45-16:15 WS 5: Smooth interaction in the partnership with partial sacadas.
Murat and Silvina play with leader and follower sacadas in an entirely improvised method.
16:30-18:00 WS 6: Close embrace single axis turns.
These turns are very attractive yet very useful in crowded milongas.
