Are you a new mom (with baby or toddler) or a woman experiencing urine leakage or pelvic floor concerns? This workshop is designed for YOU. 💜
Your pelvic floor plays a key role in posture, breathing, recovery after birth, and overall well-being. Challenges like urinary incontinence, prolapse, constipation, or discomfort are more common than you think—and you don’t have to navigate them alone.
📝 Part 1: Lecture – Learn about your pelvic floor, how breath, posture, and daily habits affect it, and why evidence-based approaches matter.
🤸 Part 2: Pilates Class – Practice gentle, effective exercises to connect with and strengthen your pelvic floor, guided step by step.
In this workshop you will:
🌿 Discover where your pelvic floor muscles are and how to engage them.
🌿 Gain tools for recovery, strength, and confidence in your body.
🌿 Explore safe, evidence-based Pilates movements you can continue at home.
- Including video with all exercises to continuing practicing at home.
👶 Babies and toddlers are more then welcome—the workshop will be held in a cozy playroom at Ville Ting and the entrance is included.
