Dancing Dreams is an online 5Rhythms event that you can join from your home or dance at KG44 in Stavanger together with others. Yup will be live-streamed on a big screen.
We will dance and move the body, through the heart, past the mind into the soul, so we connect with the spirit.
A place where dreams become reality and where we align with all we are and all we can be.

Jup Jansonius is dancing 5Rhythms since 1998.
Trained and certified as a waves/heartbeat/gSB teacher, she combines her love for dance, her curiosity as a student with her skills as a dj to create a space where you can dive deeper into your wave so you can expand yourself and connect with the divine energy that runs through all of us✨✨✨
